For processing Marble, Granite, Porcelain, and Quartz Stone Countertops, we provide 5 Axis CNC Bridge Saw . It is a precise, effective, and user-friendly machine. The operator begins processing after taking a picture of the plate and adding the drawing layout to the image.Saw blades, milling cutters, suction cups, and pressure plate cylinders will automatically generate processing steps according to the Drawing. If the blade-cutting path conflicts, the suction cup will help to move slabs automatically. For basin, Kitchen Sink, Countertop, and inner angles, the milling cutter can do excellent work with 24000rpm Electric Spindle. Therefore, the machine is used to help install countertops without any dust. We also provide OEM/ODM production machine service; if you require anything, feel free to contact us.

Product Features
1. With a Camera, Photo Layout Function
Use a camera to locate the position of the plate and display it in the cutting procedure.
2. With Automatic Measuring Probe for Thickness The measuring probe for thickness, together with the image caught by the camera, the machine can calculate the size of the slabs automatically.3. With Automatic Tool Setting Guage
An automatic tool setting guage is equipped that automatically checks the blade.
4. With an Industrial Computer and a Touch-screen
This Machine has an industrial computer and a touch-screen. The interface is clear and easy to use, facilitating the interaction between the operator and the machine. The computer comes with CAM software, improve the convenience of drawing designs and programming.
5. Suction Cup is Equipped
If the blade-cutting path conflicts, the suction cup will help to move slabs automatically. The suction sups can lift Maximum 300kgs(ZLBS-500CNC/5+1)/500kgs (ZLBS-600CNC/5+1)' slab,which makes the production fully automatic.
6. With Auto Clamping System During Milling Work
A group of rotating cylinders on the side of the work table will automatically press the plate when the milling cutter works and automatically withdraw after work.
7. With Vacuum Cups for Polishing Edge
Vacuum cups can fix the slabs during edge polishing process.
8. 22KW 5-Axis Special Permanent Magnet Motor
The (5+1)A type with a 22-KW permanent magnet motor can be cut along with the thickness of the cutting plate, automatically adjusting the output power, strength, and power-saving environmental protection.
